       2025 年1月10日上午 10:00,班超集团董事长王静亲自带队,总经理刘贵平、执行副总裁邱宇陪同,集团各事业部、职能中心总经理和各部门代表一起走进竖罐试验车间,深入了解 5S 现场管理的实际成果。
       班超集团自 2016 年始创以来,以金属镁冶炼为基础,致力于镁基产业多元化发展。历经多年发展,现已成长为从事金属镁生产的国家高新技术企业、专精特新企业。

       5S管理即整理(Seiri)、整顿(Seiton)、清扫(Seiso)、清洁(Seiketsu)、素养(Shitsuke)。竖罐试验车间是班超集团金属镁冶炼的核心区域之一,始终坚持5S现场管理。
走进车间,首先映入眼帘的是:
       “整理”的成果,各类必需物品分门别类,摆放整齐,非必需杂物已被清理,行道通畅,工作空间宽敞有序;
       “整顿”环节也十分到位,工具、设备等必需物品按规定定位、规定方法摆放整齐,标识明确清晰,员工不必浪费时间寻找物品,大幅提高工作效率,并更好地保障生产安全;
       “清扫”工作同样细致,车间地面、设备表面一尘不染,漏油、漏水等问题得到了及时处理,整个车间环境干净整洁;
       “标准化”则确保了各项操作有规可循、有章可依,员工严格按照标准流程进行作业,产品质量得到了有效保障;
       “素养”方面,员工们精神饱满,严格遵守规章制度,展现出了良好的职业素养和团队风貌。

      竖罐试验车间技术部负责人周阳阳重点针对操作流程、设备工艺,尤其在电动拉渣小车、渣斗设计、炉顶管道加高、操作过道加高,料斗篷布保温,小水套循环水管更换材质、大罐旋转机等技改优化工作方面向各位参观领导做了细致的讲解。

       在参观过程中 ,董事长王静对竖罐试验车间的5S现场管理给予了高度评价,同时指出:5S管理是一个持续改进的过程,企业要不断总结经验,发现问题,及时进行调整和改进。同时还强调,5S现场管理不仅仅是表面的卫生和整洁,更是提升企业竞争力的重要手段,要形成常态化管理机制,可以通过定期开展5S管理评审、员工提案等方式,收集员工的意见和建议,不断完善5S管理体系,提升企业管理水平和生产效率。

At 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2025, Wang Jing, the Chairman of Ban Chao Group, personally led the team, accompanied by Liu Guiping, the General Manager, and Qiu Yu, the Executive Vice President. The general managers of various business divisions and functional centers of the group, as well as representatives from each department, entered the vertical retort test workshop to gain an in-depth understanding of the actual achievements of 5S on-site management.

 

Since its establishment in 2016, Ban Chao Group has been based on the smelting of metallic magnesium and committed to the diversified development of the magnesium-based industry. After years of development, it has now grown into a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized and sophisticated small and medium-sized enterprise with unique features and edge technologies engaged in the production of metallic magnesium.

 

5S management refers to Seiri (Sorting), Seiton (Straightening), Seiso (Sweeping), Seiketsu (Standardizing), and Shitsuke (Sustaining). The vertical retort test workshop is one of the core areas of Ban Chao Group's metallic magnesium smelting and has always adhered to 5S on-site management.
When entering the workshop, the first things that catch the eye are:
The achievements of "Sorting": All kinds of necessary items are classified and neatly arranged. Unnecessary sundries have been cleared away, the passageways are unobstructed, and the working space is spacious and orderly.
The "Straightening" link is also very well done. Necessary items such as tools and equipment are neatly arranged according to the specified positions and methods, with clear and distinct markings. Employees don't have to waste time searching for items, which greatly improves work efficiency and better ensures production safety.
The "Sweeping" work is equally meticulous. The floor of the workshop and the surfaces of the equipment are spotless. Problems such as oil leakage and water leakage have been dealt with in a timely manner, and the entire workshop environment is clean and tidy.
"Standardizing" ensures that all operations have rules and regulations to follow. Employees work strictly in accordance with the standard processes, and the product quality is effectively guaranteed.
In terms of "Sustaining", the employees are full of energy, strictly abide by the rules and regulations, and show good professional qualities and the demeanor of the team.

 

Zhou Yangyang, the person in charge of the technical department of the vertical retort test workshop, gave a detailed explanation to the visiting leaders mainly regarding the operation process and equipment technology, especially in the aspects of the technical improvement and optimization work such as the electric slag-drawing cart, the design of the slag hopper, the heightening of the pipes on the furnace top, the heightening of the operation passageway, the heat preservation of the cloth of the charging hopper, the replacement of the material of the circulating water pipe of the small water jacket, and the large retort rotator.

 

During the visit, Chairman Wang Jing spoke highly of the 5S on-site management of the vertical retort test workshop. At the same time, he pointed out that 5S management is a continuous improvement process. Enterprises should constantly summarize experience, identify problems, and make timely adjustments and improvements. He also emphasized that 5S on-site management is not just about surface hygiene and tidiness, but also an important means to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. A normalized management mechanism should be established. Through regular 5S management evaluations, employee suggestions, and other means, the opinions and suggestions of employees can be collected to continuously improve the 5S management system and enhance the enterprise's management level and production efficiency.
